Jeffrey Barman
Jeffrey is a Principal of Wonder Wash Family Laundry Centers, the owner operator of a fast-growing chain of high-end laundromats in Southern California. He is a National Director of the Coin Laundry Association and a regular columnist for the CLA’s monthly glossy magazine, The Journal. He is also a co-founder of Laundry Bridge Capital Partners Co., the nation’s first hard-money lender of short-term loans to owners of coin laundries. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of two companies in the laundry industry, each with annual revenues exceeding $50 million during his tenure. Jeffrey has extensive experience in investment banking, cash flow investing, and real estate development and is currently involved in a variety of businesses.
Beverly Blank
Beverly is the owner and operator of Beverly’s Laundromat, a full-service five-star coin laundry in Los Angeles. Beverly is also a National Director of the Coin Laundry Association. More information is available at www.beverlyslaundryservice.com.
Adam Harrison
Adam is Vice President of Operations at Elite Business Investments Corp., a Southern California based company founded in 2008, with expertise in small business brokering and development. Adam specializes in coin laundry brokerage, remodeling, financing and equipment sales. More information is available at www.elite-biz.com.
Art Jaeger
Art is an owner, operator and developer of coin laundries in Los Angeles, under his Express Laundry brand. Art is a marketing expert, having joined the industry after a long and successful career in the music business. He currently owns and operates two stores. Van Merrill
Van has extensive experience in the sales of coin laundry equipment and stores, and is a specialist in all facets of the development of new laundromats. Van has worked for decades in the Southern California marketplace to locate, design, equip and build state-of-the-art coin laundries for himself and for his clients and partners.
